Ms Reddy-Devlin holds a BA (Hons) in Graphic Design (London College of Communication, UAL), postgraduate qualifications in Fine Art Printmaking (Brighton University and Ljubljana Art Academy, supported by a British Council Scholarship), and a Master of Education in Applied Linguistics. She is TESOL and TEFL qualified, a UK-trained teacher with QTS, and holds an enhanced DBS.
With over 23 years of teaching experience in the UK and Croatia, she has worked across primary and secondary education, including leadership roles such as Head of Department, Director of Pastoral Care, and Achievement for All Coach/Speech and Language teacher.
She focuses on student wellbeing, structured curriculum development, and supportive classroom practice. Her teaching emphasizes technical skill, creative exploration, and reflective thinking across drawing, painting, mixed media, and 3D art. As a practising printmaker and internationally published artist, she also supports portfolio development and personal artistic growth.
Her interests include gardening, walking, sailing, swimming, skiing, learning Slovene, and kickboxing.
