The club is intended for native Slovene speakers who enjoy reading Slovene fairy tales and stories. We will read together in class, discuss the stories, and finish each session with a creative activity.

M.A.D. Make a Difference

Do you want to get involved in planning activities to raise money for local, national or international charities ? You can help plan bake sales, and other whole school activities. If you have ideas, and want to help make a difference sign up to the club.

EAL Club

The club is intended for primary EAL students who want to build their confidence and improve their English language skills, with a particular focus on speaking. Through fun, engaging activities, students will have plenty of opportunities to develop their communication skills in a supportive environment.

Production Show Club - Primary

Do you love singing, acting and performing? Come and join our Musical Theatre Club! Together, we’ll explore songs, scenes and choreography while developing our acting, singing and performance skills. You’ll have the chance to work as part of an ensemble, build your confidence on stage and take part in performances throughout the year. It’s a fantastic way to express yourself, make new friends and experience the excitement of musical theatre. No previous experience is needed, just bring your enthusiasm, energy and love of performing!

Cycling proficiency (Theory, Term 1)

The signed up students will be learning about road rules for cycling in order to continue to obtain the cycling licence. Students need to sign up from the start in order to complete the whole course.

COBIS Minecraft eSports club - Y5 + Y6
COBIS Minecraft eSports club - Y7 + Y8 + Y9

Join the elite BISL eSports scene with Mr Heck and Mr Aycock! After a successful first foray into the world of COBIS Minecraft eSports with Y7 last year, we return - opening up to Y5+6 with Mr Aycock and Y7, 8 and 9 with Mr Heck. We will train together and compete against other British international schools around the world for eternal eSports glory. Club fee: As this is a club run in conjunction with the Daigon eSports organisation, there is a charge of 10 euros per session attended payable to them.

Current Affairs /Debate

A chance to discuss and debate current affairs. Every week we will comb through the news for a subject to try to pull apart and discuss to see if we can better understand and solve global issues. The perfect way to improve your ability to make a point, present and speak in public. Bring your passions and opinions with you!

University Guidance

Running alongside the form time programme, we wil spend time discussing and developing your uni frog profiles, researching universities and courses, required subjects and grades, personal statements and interviews as well as time for 1-1 meetings. You do not have to sign up and come every week, it is time that I will be here to assist with anything university related and give time for more 1-1 meetings as the year and applications move forward.

A simulation of setting up and running a real life business, covering the most important business functions including finance, marketing, operations and human resource management, within the context of the wider business and economic environment

Woodland Renewal Club

The Woodland Renewal Club brings students together to enhance our school’s playground woodland area through creativity, teamwork, and sustainability. Using recycled and upcycled materials, members will design and build attractive activity zones, and nature-inspired features that encourage play, learning, relaxation, and connection with the outdoors.
