International Day - Initial Meeting

Dear parents,

We are pleased to inform you that this year’s International Day will take place on Friday, May 15.

As a first step in the preparation process, we would like to invite all parents who are interested in presenting their country with a stall to an initial planning meeting.

The meeting will take place on Tuesday, April 21 at 9:00 in Dragon Hall.

During this meeting, we will discuss general ideas and options for participation, as well as share experiences from previous years and answer any questions you may have.

To present your country with a stall means to share and showcase aspects of your culture such as traditional food, games, music, clothing, crafts, or other cultural elements. We also warmly encourage families to come together and collaborate in presenting one country.

The school will provide tables for the stalls. If you require electricity for your setup, please make sure to indicate this so arrangements can be made in advance.

We would like to sincerely thank all parents for the time, effort, and hard work that goes into making this event so special each year. We are very happy that the time has come to celebrate International Day again and hope to see even more countries represented this year.
