Dear Parents, our most vibrant day of the year is slowly approaching. Here are some more detailed information - if you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us. Opening Ceremony - Flag Parade, Friday, June 13, 8:50 - 9:25 *The opening flag parade will take place outside on the playground from 8:50. You are welcome to attend. *The parade will take place if the weather permits. Otherwise, we will unfortunately need to cancel. Parents will be informed a couple of days in advance.

Preparation for the stalls
Parents participating with their countries at the Fair are welcome to arrive at school at 12.00 and start setting up their stalls.
The gates between the new and old building will be open from 12.00-13.00, so you can use them to get your supplies and equipment in. After 13.00 the gates will close.

The school will be open at 13:30 for the International Fair. Please use the main entrance (by the security guard) to enter the event only.
Students will visit the International Fair on the playground as follows:13.15 Early Years + Year 1 + Year 2
13.30 All other Year groupsAll parents are welcome to come to the fair and explore cuisine, traditional costumes and activities from all around the world!
There will be also be a musical performance by our Year 1 and 2. For Primary and Secondary parents attending the fair – once you arrive, please locate your child’s form teacher so they can sign your child out. After that, your child will be under your supervision.
The school day finishes at 14:50 as normal and pick up for all students is from 14.45-14.55 latest.
There will be no after-school clubs on Friday and no extended supervision in Early Years. There will also be no DoReWe music lessons on this day.On International Day, students will also have the opportunity to buy or sell their old textbooks.
The book fair will take place in Hibbins Hall and will include both IGCSE and A Level textbooks.If your child would like to sell their textbooks, they can contact our Head Students for more information (details will also be shared in the newsletter).If you are interested in purchasing textbooks, you are welcome to do so. The list of required textbooks for next year will be shared shortly. Please note that all payments will be cash only.
