Clare brings over 20 years of teaching experience in the UK and internationally, including five years at the British School in Tokyo. After completing her time in Japan, she and her husband embarked on a nine-month overland journey from Japan back to the UK. Her extensive background in primary education spans a range of settings and age groups, giving her a deep understanding of how to support and inspire young learners. Clare’s teaching focuses on nurturing inquisitive and confident students who are eager to explore and make sense of the world around them.
Outside the classroom, Clare enjoys walking with her dog Bonnie, listening to music, gardening and cooking. She is excited about relocating to Ljubljana and is looking forward to exploring the city’s concert scene, hiking trails and surrounding mountains.
