About the Opportunity
The role is to teach in our Primary school. Our teachers are responsible for inspiring and enthusing students in their development of knowledge and skills within Key Stage 1/2 and in their preparation for transition into the Secondary School.
The successful applicant will be an outstanding classroom practitioner, able to demonstrate a proven commitment to the highest standards of teaching and learning and student achievement; someone with drive and passion who believes in creating a unique, inspiring and outstanding place for learning, able to excite and challenge students of all abilities to make great progress. Person Specification
In particular, candidates should meet the following technical profile:
- Suitable professional qualifications in accountancy or business management are essential with further qualifications in site management and/or Health & Safety being desirable.
- Significant experience in financial planning and control in a large organisation.
- Experience of working as a member of a senior team with Board level experience desirable.
- Experience of working with external contractors to achieve the aims of the school and management of contracts to ensure we achieve value for money.
- Excellent skills in Financial Analysis with the ability to interpret and analyse data and act upon the information.
- Ability to work strategically and analyse issues then identify creative solutions.
- Strong organisational skills to prioritize work and manage time effectively particularly under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate in a professional and positive manner with all key stakeholders.

We have an exciting opportunity for a senior executive to join our successful and growing International Schools Group, as Group Operations Manager

About the Role
The role will be responsible for developing and aligning all school-based support functions across the group. Who are we looking for?
The ideal candidate will be an ambitious, forward thinking, innovative practitioner, with senior level experience, excellent knowledge, and passion for education.
Prior experience working in a bilingual environment / within bilingual education would be a distinct advantage.
You should be used to being accountable for outcomes and meeting financial targets, with a proven ability to lead and inspire teams. You should be able to work collaboratively, be an adept problem solver, and have the confidence to take responsibility and communicate effectively. Commercial knowledge gained in education, or a for-profit business is also desirable.
