With 65% A*- A grades, our Year 11 students did remarkably well in their IGCSEs. 100% of the grades were A*- C, including English and Mathematics - an outstanding achievement given that we are a non-selective school, with many students who are non-native English speakers.

At A Level, 75% of grades were A*- A across all subjects, with 100% A*-A grades in Biology, Chemistry, Computer Science, English Literature, German, Music, and Physics. This is a remarkable achievement, well above the UK average (44%). Congratulations to our Graduating Class of 2021!

I am very proud of the achievements of all of our students who have now received their examination results, each and every single one of them. The success of BISL students is down to their incredible effort in lessons, hard work and dedication during a very challenging year, assisted and inspired by our amazing teachers and supported throughout all of this by the wonderful families in our community. Congratulations to all students!

At BISL, we pride ourselves on driving academic excellence, this is indeed one of the reasons parents choose our school. The successes of this summer have yet again set high expectations for our incoming cohorts and we look forward to inspiring, challenging and supporting our next group of examination students throughout their studies.
