Being fit and active is a very important focus for us during a time when staying healthy is such a big concern. Wellbeing is an important part of our community at BISL, and our PE Team have started a fun initiative for us to follow whilst we have to stay at home.
Our PE Team have prepared a plan of daily and weekly workouts for our students, families and staff. We want to motivate and challenge our community by offering a variety of different fun activities for your daily workout. Please do not hesitate to take a video or photo during your exercises and share them with us to motivate the rest of our community further!
And most of all – have FUN!
