We are delighted to announce the PTA decision to migrate from Facebook to Classlist, making this the official platform for communication between parents and for information about events.
After a month of rigorous testing by PTA Committee Members and the Head of IT, we are convinced this is the best method available and one which will help our growing community thrive.
Classlist is designed by parents for parents and has a strong emphasis on safety and security: you choose what you share and how you are contacted. It is GDPR compliant and will help bring BISL PTA in line with data protection regulations.
Via Classlist you can connect with parents in your children's classes to ask about homework or trips, to invite for birthday parties or barbecues and even set up groups with special interests (e.g. English Classes for Parents are being proposed for next year!). There is a Marketplace where you can buy/sell/give/beg for toys or books and a Lost and Found section. Classlist is where you will find out about all PTA activities and updates, keeping you in the know!
