Parent-Teacher Evenings for Y11-Y13, April 2026

Dear Parents,

Parent-Teacher Evenings for Y11-Y13 have been scheduled to take place from 15:10 -18:00 on:

• Tuesday 21st April - Face-to-face (in school)
• Wednesday 22nd April - Online (school cloud)

Parents will be able to book meetings for both days via the school cloud with the subject teachers.

Bookings open to parents on Tuesday 14th April at 8:00 and close on Monday 20th April at 15:00.

Note: the length of the meeting sessions are automatically set up in the booking system for 5 minutes (for some teachers 10 min slots may be available). Please only book one slot/session per teacher.

Bookings and online meetings can be accessed through the school cloud website: https://bisl.schoolcloud.co.uk/ Please see the attached step-by-step guide on how to log in to book appointments and to join the video meeting.

PLEASE NOTE: Should you or your child have special characters in your name, you are required to use them, otherwise, you will not be able to log in successfully. If you have any questions or concerns with logging in, please send a screenshot of your login page to our IT support: it@britishschool.si.

Reports

Reports will be available to parents on the 17th April.

Grading system will follow the Cambridge Examination Board:

Year 11 IGCSE - A* to G

Year 12 AS - A to E

Year 13 A2 - A* to E

If you have any questions about the reports, please bring these up in the Parent-Teacher meetings.
