The theme of the seminar:Inside a Teen Brain – Insights and Strategies for Parenting a Teenager
This is a wonderful opportunity for all parents to gain valuable insight into the complex world of the teenage brain, along with practical strategies to navigate challenges and cultivate positive relationships during this critical and creative stage of development.
The seminar will be conducted by Małgosia Paprotny, MA Psych, child and adolescent psychologist and psychotherapist in training for Gestalt Play Therapy. Mrs. Paprotny provides counselling for children and families, and talks for parents and professional audiences on how to best nurture children and families.
Her extensive experience and expertise will provide parents with valuable insights into the developing brain of their growing teenager, a better understanding of how this influences their behaviour, and useful strategies to support them through the changes.
