Come and join us in celebrating one of our biggest family events, organised in partnership with the PTA.

There will be a variety of cultural and educational activities, stalls, traditional dress, flags, international cuisine, games and performances for our community to enjoy.

Opening Ceremony - Flag Parade, Friday, June 2, 8:45 - 9:25

The opening flag parade will take place outside on the playground from 8:45. You are welcome to attend.

Preparation for the stalls


Parents participating with their countries at the Fair are welcome to arrive at school at 12.00 and start setting up their stalls.
The gates between the new and old building will be open from 12.00-13.00, so you can use them to get your supplies and equipment in. After 13.00 the gates will close.

The school will be open at 13:30 for the International Fair.
Please use the main entrance (by the security guard) to enter the event only.

Students will visit the International Fair on the playground as follows:

13:30 Early Years + Year 1 + Year 2
14:00 Year 3 + Year 4 + Year 5 + Year 6
14:30 Year 7 + Year 8 + Year 9 + Year 10

All parents are welcome to come to the fair and explore cuisine, traditional costumes and activities from all around the world!

There will be two performances, so make sure you don't miss them:
- 14.05: BISL Choir performance
- 14.35: Singing performance by our amazing Y7 student Kristina

The school day finishes at 14:55 as normal and pick up for the Primary students is from 14.45-14.55 latest.

For Secondary parents - when you come to collect your child, please locate them in an outside area and inform the Form teacher to take your child off the Register.

There will be no after-school clubs on Friday (apart from Performing Arts club), but extended supervision will be available as usual.
