Born into a family of musicians, Ms Jamšek has been surrounded by music from an early age and began playing the violin at the age of five. Early on she gained a passion for teaching and sharing her love of music with children, which led her to complete her master’s degree in violin at the Academy of music in Ljubljana, with an emphasis on teaching.
Over the years, she has performed in numerous countries with various national and international ensembles. She is very proud to have had the opportunity to work as a mentor, animator, orchestra musician and organisational member for the Slovenian National Youth Orchestra for over 5 years, gaining invaluable experience in various fields. All these experiences have reinforced her passion for teaching and fostering a positive environment in which children can thrive and develop a lasting love for music.
During her spare time, she loves spending time with her family, friends and her pets. She enjoys cooking, baking, swimming, drawing and reading. She is also an avid fan of various sports.
